I never received it and haven't heard back from customer service

I like this milk and have a subscription to it. On the last delivery I got an email saying it arrived when it hadn't. A few days later part of my order, the regular chickpea milk arrived but the cinnamon flavor never did. I emailed customer service and never heard back.

Never received my second order and my third one was shipped to Seattle for some reason and customer is not getting back to me for about a week now....
